~ Above all else it is every guild member’s responsibility to promote a positive guild and gaming experience for all members.
Animosity or unfriendliness is counterproductive to any guild. We believe communication and respect are the essential components for the success and longevity of a guild. Use of the forums and private tells are encouraged, should members need to resolve a difference. Every guild member has a responsibility to mediate and move members 'forward' in the event of a misunderstanding. A circle of friends is only as strong as its weakest links. Nobody is paying $14 dollars a month to argue, feel bad, or be treated disrespectfully.
~ Sharing and Supporting Guild Members ~
Any veteran of online gaming knows strength comes from community support. Supporting lower level guild members and crafters is strongly encouraged. Asking or expecting money in exchange for items is strongly discouraged. Just as a family shares its resources to support everyone's needs, so should a guild. In simple terms, you gain much more out of every aspect of the game by helping and raising your guildmates’ abilities. Whether it’s DPS, Armor, Spells, Crafted items, Enchantments or Potions, these benefit the entire guild as they enhance PvE and PvP groups for all.
This type of support is encouraged, but not mandatory. We do not always know what another player is saving for or working towards. If you have a need, simply ask, and those who are in a position to help will.
